We decided to work with Noodle Nation at our 2015 college ball based on excellent reviews from other colleges' ball committees, and previous committees from our own college. We recently had Kwong and the Noodle Nation team cater for our event at RAF Benson to celebrate the standing down of one of the frontline helicopter Squadrons. In the build-up to the event Kwong was able to answer any questions I had for him and offered valuable advice about menus, food quantities and timings, all of which helped things run smoothly on the night. Setup was rapid and the Noodle Nation tent looked really good beside the Marquee. On the night the food was served promptly and was more than enough for the 430 guests, many of which were able to go back for more as the team kindly remained late into the evening to ensure all guest were well fed. As the event organiser I heard nothing but positive comments from guests about the standard of the catering, and found working with a professional team such as Noodle Nation a real joy. We asked Noodle Nation to cater for about 200-300 people with only one week notice. Wonderful service, absolutely punctual and efficient. The food was incredibly tasty.... and the amount more than appropriate. Highly appreciated small treats as prawn crackers and the fortune cookies! The staff was very kind, helpful and cheerful, keen to accommodate requests and even last minute changes. I just wanted to write to thank you and the Noodle Nation team for the outstanding catering service which you provided for the Brasenose Ball 2013. The committee has received much praise for the organization and running of the night and we are very grateful to you for contributing to the evening. Having had the opportunity to sample Noodle Nation at other college balls, I was confident that it would be a success at our own event, which indeed it was. The food was very tasty and incredibly popular, so much so that it was almost finished by the time I got round to checking on that area of the ball...I was particularly impressed with the flexibility of the team during set-up, the efficiency of the break-down and the professionalism which characterised the service which was delivered.
