About Us - Our Story

Noodle Nation is a family owned and operated business. Although we have a few restaurants, we don't consider ourselves a chain. We're hands on and passionate about our business and everything to do with it – our customers, our food and our team.

The beginning

Having grown up in a Chinese restaurant, we wanted to start a business that was different from the traditional. Inspired by the bustling street cafes of Hong Kong, we wanted to open a place where our customers could eat great value, freshly cooked oriental food in a relaxed atmosphere.

On a whim, we gave up our jobs and with help from our friends and family, we opened our first Noodlebar in April 2000 in High Wycombe and we have since opened Noodle Nation restaurants in Aylesbury, Oxford and Maidenhead (thanks loads if you've been coming since we first opened!!)

Now you're up-to-date

Since our first opening we have grown a bit (and even had a name change) but we're still passionate about what we do and we are still committed to our original ethos of serving great oriental food in big portions and value prices.
